1. INTRODUCTION
These Competition Rules (“Rules”) govern all competitive activities, challenges, and events (collectively, “Competitions”) conducted through the Hidden Bounty platform (“Platform”). These Rules are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and are binding upon all participants.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 Applicability. These Rules apply to all Competitions offered through the Platform, including Grand Quest challenges, Hunter’s Arena tournaments, and any special events or promotional competitions.
2.2 Authority. Hidden Bounty Operations Ltd. (“Company”) maintains sole and absolute discretion over all aspects of Competition administration, including but not limited to eligibility determination, rule interpretation, and prize distribution.
2.3 Amendments. The Company reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time. Modifications become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Continued participation in any Competition constitutes acceptance of modified Rules.
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Basic Eligibility. Participation in Competitions requires:
(a) Valid registration on the Platform in accordance with the Terms of Service;
(b) Connection of a compatible Solana blockchain wallet;
(c) Maintenance of minimum required $BOUNTY token balance as specified for each
Competition;
(d) Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in participant’s jurisdiction.
3.2 Restrictions. The following persons are ineligible to participate in Competitions:
(a) Employees, officers, and directors of the Company;
(b) Immediate family members of Company employees, officers, and directors;
(c) Persons involved in Competition development or administration;
(d) Residents of prohibited jurisdictions;
(e) Persons under the age of 18.
4. COMPETITION TYPES AND REQUIREMENTS
4.1 Grand Quest Competitions
(a) Structure. Each Grand Quest consists of six sequential challenges, with each challenge revealing two words of a twelve-word seed phrase.
(b) Completion Requirements. Participants must: (i) Complete each challenge in sequence;
(ii) Submit valid solutions within specified timeframes; (iii) Maintain minimum token
balance throughout participation; (iv) Verify solution ownership through cryptographic signing.
4.2 Hunter’s Arena Competitions
(a) Format. Hunter’s Arena consists of time-limited tournaments featuring multiple game types and scoring mechanisms.
(b) Participation Requirements. Participants must: (i) Register within specified tournament windows; (ii) Complete minimum required number of games; (iii) Maintain valid scoring records; (iv) Comply with game-specific rules and requirements.
5. FAIR PLAY AND CONDUCT
5.1 General Conduct. Participants must compete fairly and maintain integrity in all
Competitions. Prohibited conduct includes:
(a) Use of automated solutions or bots;
(b) Exploitation of platform vulnerabilities or bugs;
(c) Collusion with other participants;
(d) Sharing of solutions or assistance;
(e) Interference with other participants;
(f) Multiple account usage;
(g) Any form of cheating or unfair advantage.
5.2 Verification. The Company reserves the right to:
(a) Verify the legitimacy of any submission or solution;
(b) Request additional information or documentation;
(c) Monitor participant activity and performance;
(d) Investigate suspected violations;
(e) Disqualify participants for rule violations.
6. SCORING AND REWARDS
6.1 Scoring System
(a) Challenge Completion: Points awarded based on accuracy and speed;
(b) Tournament Performance: Rankings determined by cumulative scores;
(c) Bonus Points: Additional points for exceptional performance;
(d) Penalties: Point deductions for rule violations.
6.2 Reward Distribution
(a) Automatic distribution via smart contract upon verification;
(b) Subject to minimum token holding requirements;
(c) Time-limited claim periods;
(d) Subject to applicable taxes and fees;
(e) Final and non-negotiable upon distribution.
7. DISQUALIFICATION AND PENALTIES
7.1 Grounds for Disqualification. The Company may disqualify participants for:
(a) Rule violations;
(b) Fraudulent activity;
(c) Unsportsmanlike conduct;
(d) False or misleading information;
(e) Technical manipulation;
(f) Any other conduct deemed detrimental to fair competition.
7.2 Effects of Disqualification
(a) Forfeiture of rewards;
(b) Competition suspension or ban;
(c) Account termination;
(d) Public disclosure of violation;
(e) Legal action if applicable
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Protest Procedures. Competition-related protests must be:
(a) Submitted in writing within 24 hours of incident;
(b) Accompanied by supporting evidence;
(c) Specific in nature and basis;
(d) Submitted through designated channels.
8.2 Review Process
(a) Company review of submitted protests;
(b) Investigation of relevant evidence;
(c) Final determination by Company;
(d) No appeal of final decisions.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 Solution Ownership. All legitimate solutions submitted become the property of the Company.
9.2 Usage Rights. The Company maintains perpetual, royalty-free rights to:
(a) Use submitted solutions;
(b) Modify and adapt solutions;
(c) Publish and distribute solutions;
(d) Create derivative works.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 No Guarantee. The Company makes no guarantees regarding:
(a) Competition availability;
(b) Technical performance;
(c) Reward values;
(d) Participant success;
(e) Competition outcomes.
10.2 Liability Limitations. The Company’s liability for Competition-related claims shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) Amount paid for participation;
(b) Minimum required by law
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
By participating in any Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Rules.
